He is making a transfer from TSV Raiffeisen HARTBERG to the esteemed Italian club Rana VERONA. This pivotal career move will see him compete in the Italian SuperLega, widely celebrated as the world`s premier volleyball league.

Since 2023, TSV Raiffeisen HARTBERG and Rana VERONA have cultivated a robust cross-border collaboration through the `Volleyball Senza Confini` project. This partnership has granted the Italian club direct insight into Hartberg`s impressive talent pool. The initiative facilitates the early identification and joint development of promising young athletes like Glatz. This success is underpinned by the close coordination between coaches from both clubs, who were deeply involved in processes such as trial trainings. The bilateral exchange of performance data and video footage is also a key component, with the aim of potentially developing international players of interest to Rana VERONA within the Hartberg system. Verona`s partners are particularly impressed by Glatz`s superior technical and athletic attributes, which were meticulously cultivated during his tenure in Hartberg.

This league is a formidable arena where major stars, including Olympic and World champions, fiercely compete. Notably, US setter Micah Christenson, a three-time medalist at World Championships and Olympic Games, is set to become Glatz’s new teammate starting this autumn.
