Just weeks after the thrilling conclusion of the 2025 CEV Champions League Volley, which saw successful Final Four events held in Istanbul and Łódź, the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) has announced the start of the bidding process for the upcoming season finales in 2026, 2027, and 2028.
The CEV has issued a comprehensive guideline detailing essential information, requirements, and deadlines for submitting proposals to host these prestigious volleyball events. National Federations and clubs are strongly encouraged to review these guidelines and, in collaboration with local and national authorities, develop plans to realize this exceptional opportunity. Hosting these finals offers a unique chance to create a historic event and significantly elevate the sport`s profile.
Notably, this marks the first time such a bidding process has been initiated so far in advance for European Volleyball. The primary objective is to secure iconic host cities early, enabling the development of a compelling narrative throughout the upcoming seasons.
Meanwhile, registration for the CEV European Cups 2026 is currently open, with the Drawing of Lots for all stages of the three continental competitions scheduled for July 15.
