The inaugural preliminary phase of the CEV Beach Volley European Cup has concluded, following participation from a record number of clubs and National Federations across Europe. We now have the definitive list of eight men`s and eight women`s clubs set to compete for continental honors at the Final, scheduled for early November in Heraklion, Greece.

In the men`s competition, the qualifying clubs are C.S.U. Resita (Romania), Montpellier Beach Volley (France), Aloha Beachvolleyball Club (Austria), BC Strahov (Czechia), ZVH Zevenhuizen (Netherlands), and Sunrise Beach Sports Academy (Ukraine). They will be joined by the host nation`s representative, 4 Sports Club Athens (Greece), and Ré Beach Club (France), who qualified as the highest-ranked runner-up from the preliminary stage.

The women`s competition saw Beograd Beach Volley (Serbia), KBC Oxyklinika (Lithuania), CV Majadahonda (Spain), Ré Beach Club (France), Edra Tata (Hungary), and Sunrise Beach Sports Academy (Ukraine) emerge as pool winners. The final spots were secured by 4 Sports Club Athens (Greece) and BVC Ludus Ljubljana (Slovenia), the latter being the highest-ranked second-place team overall. Notably, BVC Ludus are past champions, having claimed the inaugural CEV Beach Volley European Cup title in Balikesir, Türkiye, in 2023.

The Heraklion Final will showcase clubs from 12 distinct National Federations, offering a vital platform for teams to gain international exposure, hone their skills, and demonstrate their collective strength, as the competition format champions teamwork over individual feats. Since its debut in 2023, the CEV Beach Volley European Cup has enjoyed continuous growth. Heraklion`s picturesque setting is set to host the culmination of the 2025 Beach Volleyball season, where players and coaches are diligently preparing for a memorable grand finale.
