Viktor Arkhip: “Within the dynamic of a match, it`s difficult to identify just one individual as an informal leader, given that a majority of our players exhibit strong leadership traits. Everyone actively works to inspire and uplift the team`s spirit. As the captain, I naturally take on a slightly larger role in galvanizing the team before we step onto the field.”

Dmitry Gerasimov: “While the definitive lessons will become clearer after the season concludes and we begin preparations for the next one, one fundamental truth is already evident: perseverance is paramount. Viktor Arkhip: “This season has taught us that regardless of circumstances or the team`s level of preparation, the championship`s culminating stages can sometimes unfold unfavorably. What did the team lack to secure a spot in the PARI Russian Championship final?
