With just days remaining until the full roster for the CEV EuroVolley 2026 Women`s tournament is finalized, five nations have already secured their spots based on the latest qualifying results.
Pool A Update
Germany impressively clinched the top spot in Pool A with a straight-sets victory over Switzerland. The decisive match between Switzerland and Finland on Sunday will determine which team finishes second and contends for a best second-place qualification among other pools.
Pool B Update
Belgium concluded their campaign by defeating Hungary, thereby confirming their qualification for EuroVolley 2026. This Sunday, second-placed Hungary will face Denmark, aiming to secure maximum points to boost their chances as the second qualifier from the group.
Pool C Update
Slovenia dominated Pool C, completing their qualifying journey with a perfect record after a straightforward win against Israel. The upcoming Saturday match between Estonia and Israel is crucial; an Estonian win could eliminate both teams from contention, while an Israeli victory would give them a fighting chance for a spot.

Pool D Update
In Pool D, the situation remains fluid. Bosnia & Herzegovina has completed their matches and is eliminated. The final match between Montenegro and Latvia will decide automatic qualification, though both teams have strong prospects of advancing to the main tournament, possibly celebrating together.
Pool E Update
Spain`s recent victory against Portugal in Pool E solidified their almost flawless qualification record and secured their place at EuroVolley 2026. Portugal, meanwhile, hopes a weekend win against Georgia will be enough to secure their own spot in next year`s tournament.
Pool F Update
Greece emerged as the second team to achieve a perfect qualifying record, overcoming Austria in Pool F. Austria, despite the loss, will host North Macedonia in a critical match. An Austrian win significantly improves their qualification hopes, whereas a North Macedonian win would likely lead to both teams` elimination.
Pool G Update
Pool G has featured an exciting contest between Romania and Croatia, both familiar faces at EuroVolley. While Romania has finished their matches at the top of the pool, Croatia can overtake them by winning against Kosovo on Saturday. Regardless, both teams are statistically well-positioned to qualify given their performance compared to second-placed teams from other pools.
The final round of matches will complete the 24-team lineup for CEV EuroVolley 2026.
