Certificates were personally awarded by Veselin Vuković, President of the OSCG Coaches Commission and one of Montenegro’s most distinguished Volleyball coaches. Vuković extended his heartfelt congratulations to all participants for their completion of the seminar and wished them immense success in their forthcoming coaching careers. Gustavo Meczyk, the Course Director, addressed the attendees via video link, expressing his profound gratitude to the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro for their exceptional organizational prowess. He particularly acknowledged their efforts given his unavoidable absence from the event due to the current situation in Israel. Despite this challenge, the OSCG ensured outstanding conditions, guaranteeing the seamless flow of the seminar.

The course was joined by coaches from a variety of countries across the globe.
The closing ceremony and certificate presentation were also graced by the presence of Nikola Kažić, OSCG President, and Ivan Bošković, OSCG Secretary General. The seminar boasted a truly international roster, welcoming 20 coaches from diverse nations including Cyprus, England, Greece, Hungary, India, Kosovo, Macau, Lebanon, North Macedonia, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Türkiye. Ivan Joksimović proudly represented Montenegro, successfully completing the program alongside his international peers. The esteemed lecturers guiding this seminar were Gustavo Meczyk and Cengiz Akarçesme. This significant project was made possible through the invaluable support of Olympic Solidarity, the Montenegrin Olympic Committee, and the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Montenegro.

The event in Podgorica was one of only five such courses organised worldwide in 2025.
The OSCG has a commendable history of organizing FIVB coaching courses, having previously hosted Level 1 in 2016 and Level 2 in 2018. This year, the Federation holds the distinctive honor of being the sole National Federation in Europe to be entrusted with organizing this highest-level coaching seminar. Globally, only five such advanced seminars are scheduled for 2025, with the other host locations spanning Algeria, Ecuador, Jordan, and Nigeria.
