Heraklion, Greece, is set to host the third CEV Beach Volley European Cup Final from November 6-9. This prestigious event, aimed at fostering the expansion of Beach Volleyball throughout Europe, will welcome the host nation`s teams along with seven clubs per gender that successfully advance from the preliminary rounds in September/October. Past editions of the Final were held in Balikesir, Türkiye, and Montpellier, France, showcasing both seasoned professionals and emerging talents competing for European club supremacy.

The picturesque TUI Magic Life Candia Maris resort will be the venue for the European Cup Final in early November.
Since its inception in 2023, the event has seen a consistent increase in interest. The 2025 tournament builds upon a record number of domestic competitions organized by 26 National Federations and three Zonal Associations (BVA, MEVZA, WEVZA), highlighting the growing significance of clubs in driving the sport`s global development.
The CEV Beach Volley European Cup Final 2025 will be held at the TUI Magic Life Candia Maris resort, a distinguished property of Metaxa Hospitality Group located on the beautiful island of Crete. After successfully hosting a Nations Cup qualifier in May, Heraklion is once again poised to welcome a major international sports competition. This event is expected to boost Crete`s global recognition and enhance sports tourism in the area. The organization of the Cup will be a collaborative effort between the Region of Crete, the Hellenic Volleyball Federation (HVBF), the Municipality of Malevizi, and Metaxa Hospitality Group, all under the sanction of the CEV.
“The CEV Beach Volley European Cup has consistently expanded with each successive edition. I am confident that the announcement of such a renowned venue for this year’s Final will further motivate clubs and players to secure their spot in Heraklion. I eagerly anticipate collaborating with the local organizers to create an outstanding platform where Beach Volleyball clubs can demonstrate their skills and establish their presence on the global stage.”

The same venue successfully hosted a Nations Cup qualifier earlier this year.
“TUI Magic Life Candia Maris, our 5-star resort, successfully hosted the Nations Cup in May with remarkable organization and enthusiasm. It is a tremendous honor to now welcome the CEV Beach Volley European Cup this November. This will be a collaborative effort with the Hellenic Volleyball Federation, the Region of Crete, and the Municipality of Malevizi, all under the distinguished patronage of the CEV. As we celebrate 50 years of continuous market presence in 2025, we reaffirm our dedication to positioning Crete as a leading global destination for sports tourism. Such events highlight the island’s unique ability to merge elite athletic competition with genuine hospitality and world-class facilities. We are committed to providing all participating clubs and athletes with an unparalleled experience, supported by our premium amenities, excellent services, and the inherent warmth of Cretan hospitality. Together, we are continually enhancing Crete’s standing on the international sports landscape.”
“Greece’s opportunity to host the CEV Beach Volley European Cup Final 2025 is a significant acknowledgment for both our nation and the sport of Beach Volleyball, which has seen remarkable growth recently. The successful staging of the Nations Cup in Heraklion last May clearly showcased Greece`s, and particularly Crete’s, exceptional capacity to host premier events with superb organization and infrastructure. We are committed to close cooperation with the CEV, Metaxa Hospitality Group (the host venue), the Region of Crete, and the Municipality of Malevizi. Our collective aim is to ensure the European Cup Final is a true celebration of the sport, offering an unforgettable experience for all athletes, fans, and visitors.”
