Historic Success for Norway`s Inaugural Beach Volleyball Club Championship

This past weekend marked a significant milestone for Norwegian Beach Volleyball with the successful inaugural National Club Championship held at Flint Arena in Tønsberg. This innovative format brought clubs into the spotlight, with each team competing with four to six players, thereby opening up opportunities for tactical substitutions and thrilling Golden Set deciders.

После успешного дебюта клубного чемпионата, Норвежская федерация волейбола (NVBF) уже с нетерпением ждет расширения формата в ближайшие годы. Тем временем победители – Kristiansand VK (мужчины) и Oslo SVB (женщины) – получили право представлять Норвегию в предварительной фазе Кубка Европы по пляжному волейболу CEV 2025.
Following the championship`s triumphant debut, the Norwegian Volleyball Federation (NVBF) is enthusiastic about expanding this format in the coming years. As immediate recognition, the winners – Kristiansand VK (men`s) and Oslo SVB (women`s) – have earned the right to represent Norway in the preliminary phase of the CEV Beach Volley European Cup 2025.
