EuroVolley 2026 Context and Past Qualifiers

This upcoming match represents the second phase of the CEV EuroVolley 2026 qualifiers, building on the initial matches played during the summer of 2024. In the previous year`s qualifiers, Latvia notably secured a 3-2 victory against Montenegro and received a 3-0 walkover win over Bosnia and Herzegovina after the Balkan team forfeited their home fixture. The main CEV EuroVolley 2026 tournament, which will feature 24 national teams, is scheduled to be co-hosted across four nations: Türkiye, Czechia, Azerbaijan, and Sweden.
