Following last year`s triumph, the organizers, Malå IF, set out to elevate this year`s COOP SnowVolley Cup, and they undoubtedly succeeded. Key to this enhanced experience were an increased participation from nearby clubs, better audience logistics, and an enthusiastic speaker/DJ. Ideal court preparation and favorable weather also contributed to participants` and volunteers` eagerness to start planning for next year with renewed zeal.

The COOP SnowVolley Cup 2024 commenced under cloudy skies with a temperature of -6 degrees Celsius and a gentle 2 m/s breeze. As the day progressed, the sun emerged, warming the atmosphere to zero degrees, providing ideal conditions for both players and the enthusiastic crowd. The tournament showcased a mix of elite-level play and spirited participation, all within a friendly and inclusive environment. Semifinals and finals saw highly competitive matches, with many sets concluding in nail-biting 20-18 scores.

A special acknowledgment is due to the organizing committee, led by Maria Larsson and Johan Grensell. Their energetic efforts have forged a robust and efficient team. They are now actively seeking ways to not only enhance their own event but also to engage all volleyball clubs across the region.
