For the first time, Swiss Volley hosted a domestic event on June 21-22 that served as a qualifier for the preliminary phase of the CEV Beach Volley European Cup. The competition took place in Kloten and Bessersdorf. Players greatly appreciated the unique opportunity to represent their clubs rather than themselves, highlighting this innovative concept for beach volleyball.

Held under ideal weather conditions, the teams gave their best to meet expectations, resulting in several dramatic matches. Participants uniformly enjoyed the competition format and expressed their satisfaction with the experience.

Nidau Volley won the men`s competition, and Beachvolley Academy Bern secured victory in the women`s event. These teams will now represent Switzerland in the preliminary phase of the CEV Beach Volley European Cup 2025, planned for September. Venues and exact dates will be confirmed later.
