Eric Hodgson
Eric Hodgson, a devoted proponent of grassroots volleyball development in the USA, is returning as a keynote speaker, having previously addressed the 2023 CEV Coaches Convention in Sofia, Bulgaria. His journey into coaching is unconventional; unlike many former players, Eric discovered his passion for the sport when his then 11-year-old daughter expressed interest in playing. This serendipitous beginning led him to fall deeply in love with the game, and coaching has been a central part of his life ever since.
Nataliia Klimenova
Ukrainian-born Nataliia Klimenova, now residing in Calgary, Canada, is an accomplished youth coach and a highly proficient digital mentor. Her online volleyball content boasts over 100,000 followers. She captivates and motivates young athletes with her pragmatic, straightforward coaching methodology, an approach she will share at the 2025 CEV Coaches Convention.
