The win was emphatically sealed by substitute opposite Stephanie Samedy with a well-placed block-out kill. The American squad showcased a clear advantage in blocking, recording 11 kill blocks compared to Canada`s 6, and narrowly outscored them in successful attacks, 42 to 38.
