The official signing for the sale of Salernitana is scheduled for tomorrow. The transaction will take place at the notary Occorsio’s office in Rome. This will finalize the transfer of shares from Salerno Coast Investment srl, owned by Iervolino, to Antarees srl. Antarees srl has already paid 25% of the planned capital increase, amounting to €1,250,000. The agreement includes a clause that makes the effectiveness of the signing conditional on the favorable opinion of the FIGC (Italian Football Federation). A temporary cohabitation period is also a possibility.
