This journey will include a first-category climb at Piller Höhe, leading them towards the Resia Pass and its famous lake. The iconic sunken bell tower, emerging from the waters of Lake Resia, will mark a significant point in their ascent.

After Tommaso Dati’s triumph in the first section, the Tour of the Alps moves on to its second stage. This race begins in Telfs, Tyrol, and finishes in Val Martello, South Tyrol. The cyclists will tackle a 147.5 km route that includes the Piller Höhe, a first-category climb. They will then proceed to the Resia Pass and its renowned lake, from which the distinctive bell tower rises from the water.
